LCCares Foster. Adopt. exists to encourage families to foster and adopt children in need and provide physical, spiritual, social and emotional support for those who do.
      We do this through raising awareness, creating a foster/adoptive community to provide mentoring and support, meeting physical needs of families through donations and care packages, and providing needed respite care for foster families.
