Preschool
This month preschoolers are learning that Jesus is alive. This week they see this when they learn about the early church followers. They chose to do everything together. They learned, prayed, worshiped, and took care of each other’s needs together. They did it all because Jesus is alive!
Lead Their Growth: Cuddle with your child and pray: “God, help [name of child] and me love others the way Jesus loves us by helping, sharing and praying for one another.”

Elementary
This month elementary students are learning about humility, which is putting others first by giving up what you think you deserve. This week, we learned about how Jesus made things right with Peter after Peter denied him (John 21: 1-19). The main point was, “Put others first by making things right.”
Monthly Verse: “Don’t do anything only to get ahead. Don’t do it because you are proud. Instead, be humble. Value others more than yourselves.” Philippians 2:3 (NIrV)
Lead Their Growth: Ask, “How does it feel to know God made things right with us?” Thank God for making things right with us and ask God for the strength to make things right with others.
